In response to the call made in the work report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to "build livable, employable, and beautiful countrysides," and to actively support the Xiaogan Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government in advancing the construction of a strong agricultural city, China Bester Group has fully devoted itself to public welfare undertakings with a strong sense of social responsibility. On March 21st, China Bester Group, with the Xiaonan Civil Affairs Bureau, Xiaonan Charity Association, and the People's Government of Zhuzhan Town, participated in the "Donation Ceremony for Jointly Building Beautiful and Harmonious Rural Areas" in Lifan Village, Zhuzhan Town. The company donated RMB 850,000 to the Xiaonan Charity Association, actively fulfilling its corporate social responsibility.

Xu Yigang, the Party Secretary of Zhuzhan Town, He Yayuan, the Party Secretary and Director of the District Civil Affairs Bureau, Cheng Jintang, the President of the Charity Association, and other leaders attended the ceremony. Li Yun, the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of China Bester, represented the Group and signed the agreement.

The donation ceremony was hosted by Xu Yigang, the Party Secretary of Zhuzhan Town. His speech not only introduced in detail the development history of China Bester Group, but also highly praised and expressed deep gratitude for China Bester's commitment to contributing to society and actively participating in the construction of hometown while developing the enterprise.

As a listed company, China Bester Group takes promoting new infrastructure, new computing power, and new energy as its strategic priorities, and strives to build a new development mechanism with dual cycles. It aims to achieve greater achievements in multiple fields and assume more social responsibilities. At the ceremony, Cheng Jintang, the president of the Charity Association, introduced that the establishment of village (community) public welfare funds is an important measure taken by the Provincial Civil Affairs Department to promote the standardization of community public welfare fund management, cultivate community charity forces, and build community charity service platforms. The donation of 850,000 yuan made by China Bester Group is not only the largest single donation from a company since the establishment of the village (community) public welfare funds in Xiaonan District, but also a strong boost to social charity. In this regard, President Cheng Jintang expressed sincere gratitude and hoped that more caring enterprises and individuals could follow in the footsteps of China Bester Group, give back to their hometown, and contribute their strength to the construction of a harmonious and beautiful countryside.

China Bester Group's Vice President Li Yun and Xiaonan Charity Association's President Cheng Jintang signed the donation agreement on behalf of both parties. Zhang Huanping, the Vice President of the Charity Association, presented a medal to China Bester Group in recognition of its strong support for social welfare undertakings.

Following the "Rural Revitalization and Assistance Donation Campaign in Lifan Village, Zhuzhan, Xiaonan " in 2022, our company has once again donated to Xiaonan District. This fund will primarily be used to support public welfare causes in the villages (communities) of Xiaonan District, including improving rural infrastructure, enhancing public service, and assisting impoverished families in overcoming poverty and achieving prosperity.

In the future, China Bester Group will continue to pay attention to and support rural development, taking practical actions to promote the construction of harmonious and beautiful rural areas.
